Return and Exchange Policy for dog houses and cat houses
For damaged or defective products we offer a 30 day return policy.  If your return is due to a defect, you will need to contact us for an RA (Return Authorization) number at support@carryyourpet.com.  Follow instructions included with the RA number.  The item will then be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you immediately.  Any other returns that are not warranty issues will include a full refund, excluding shipping and handling.

These products can be returned or exchanged if found defective.
1. You have up to 14 days (from our original shipping date) to contact us for a RA number without a restocking charge.  From 15 to 20 days (from our original shipping date)  you can still receive a RA number but you will pay a restocking fee of $4.95 per item or 15% of the product price,  whichever is greater.  The RA number must be included in the returned package and all returns must get prior authorization to qualify.  To receive your RA number, contact us at support@carryyourpet.com.
2. The item must be in its ORIGINAL CONDITION and PACKAGING.  All original contents such as packing material, warranties, manuals, accessories,  etc. must be sent back in the original package.
3. Your return  package must be received within 30 days (from our original shipping date).
 Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.  NO exchange will be granted after the 14 days Guarantee Period.  Please allow up to 3 weeks to process your return or exchange.
4.Your returned package will be inspected for the following requirements: Everything sent to you in the original shipping  package must be returned in original condition. This includes all packing  materials, warranty cards, parts, accessories, documentation, promotional items, manuals, etc.
 5. Always contact the manufacture first if your product has a defect. If they determine they can't help you they must give you a MANUFACTURER CASE NUMBER  which will be required when requesting a Return Authorization number. Thank you for shopping at Carry Your Pet.
